Microsoft Azure is currently experiencing an outage that impacts our Mojio Platform.
At this time 100% of Smart Ride users are impacted by this outage.

Our engineering team is actively investigating and we don’t have an ETA for resolution yet.
Impact to customers:
Some customers will experience the following symptoms:
- Notification delays
- Incorrect vehicle state (as information is delayed)
- Vehicle location not accurate (as information is delayed)
- Unable to log in to the App.
Next steps for customers:
No additional steps need to be performed by the customers. Once the servers are 100% recovered, all the services will function normally.
