T-Mobile SyncUp Drive - Microsoft Azure Outage on Thursday, April 1st, 2021

Mojio Engineering team has confirmed this issue has been resolved as of 05:30 PM PST on April 1st, 2021.

Issue:

Microsoft Azure is currently experiencing an outage that impacts our Mojio Platform.

At this time 100% of SyncUp Drive users are impacted by this outage.

Estimated Time to Resolve:

Our engineering team is actively investigating and we don’t have an ETA for resolution yet. 

Impact to customers:

Some customers will experience the following symptoms:

• Notification delays
• Incorrect vehicle state (as information is delayed)
• Vehicle location not accurate (as information is delayed)
• Unable to log in to the App.

Next steps for customers:

No additional steps need to be performed by the customers. Once the servers are 100% recovered, all the services will function normally.
