When a trip is exported, an email is generated to the email address the customer recorded in the app when they set up their account. If they are not receiving these messages, instruct them to try the following:
- Check if the email address is correct. In the app, go to elect Main menu -> Account, and verify the email address.
- Sometimes, automatically generated email messages may get be caught in spam or junk mail filters. Direct the customer to check these folders and, if the messages are there, have them mark the messages as "not spam" or "not junk."
