Is it possible to change the name/password for the hotspot?

The ability to edit the name/password varies depending on the Carrier. If the OBD II device comes with Wi-Fi option,  then the Hotspot settings can only be edited and managed while the vehicle ignition is ON and connected to the cellular network. Upon the vehicle turning-off, Wi-Fi will automatically turn-off within a few minutes. This is due to the power required for using the Wi-Fi feature of your device dongle.
