If the customer is not receiving some vehicle details in the app that they think they should be getting, the first thing to check is the vehicle's compatibility with the OBD device. You can do this using the compatibility-lookup tool. It should be on your product support page. You can also use the one on MSS (https://mss.moj.io).
If the details are supported but not being received, make sure that the customer's app and mobile device OS are both up-to-date.
